Managing a User’s Credentials (Admin) From a member's profile, Admins can use the Credential Management panel to step in directly on someone's login, change their password, and control whether they can use self-service password recovery. Changing a User's Password To change a user's password: Open the member's profile and go to Credential Management. Click Change Password (or Reset Password). Viewing a Team Member’s Profile, Stats & Change History Each member's profile page shows a live snapshot of their workload, along with a record of everything that's changed on their account over time. Profile & Stats To view a profile: Go to Manage Team and open the member's profile. Review their basic details alongside task stats: total assigned, completed, and pending. Check their project involvement projects they've created and their task counts within each. Change History Every meaningful change made to a member's profile role changes, edits, status updates... Reordering Your Team Members List You can drag team members into whatever order works best for you in the Manage Team list. To reorder the list: Go to Manage Team. Drag a member's row up or down. Drop it in the new position; the order is saved automatically.   Good to know: This only changes how the list is displayed; it does not affect roles, teams, or access. Editing a Team Member’s Details & Profile Photo People's roles, contact details, and employment information change this is where you keep their profile current, including their photo. How to Invite a New Team Member Adding someone to PMS creates their account and gets them set up with everything needed for their role from login credentials to employment details. To invite a new member: Go to Manage Team (or Manage Users) and click Add User. Enter their name and email (email becomes their login; it's how they'll sign in and receive notifications). Choose their role: Admin, Manager, Team Lead, or Member (this sets what they can see and do; see Overview of Available Roles). Fill... Setting a Team’s Working Hours & Shifts Each team can have its own custom work schedule instead of relying on one organization-wide default — including split shifts and individual days off. To set a team's working hours: Open the Organization Details and Click on Regional & Hours For each day of the week, toggle it as a Working Day or Day Off. For a working day, set its shift start and end time. Use Add Shift / Hours if the day has more than one work block... Editing or Deleting a Team Team names and descriptions can change over time, and a team that's no longer needed can be removed entirely — without affecting the people in it. Editing a Team To edit a team: Open the team from Manage Team. Click Edit. Update its name, description, or members. Save your changes.   Deleting a Team Deleting a team removes the team grouping itself, not the people in it. To delete a team: Open the team from Manage Team. Click Delete Team.... How to Set a Team Leader   A team's leader is automatically assigned to any project the team is attached to (if no one else is picked manually), so setting the right leader matters. To set a team leader: Make sure the person you want as leader already has the "Team Lead" role set on their user account if not, edit their profile first and change their role to Team Lead.
