Can I control who a task can be transferred to?
Yes. Every task has a transfer setting decided when it’s created, so you control whether an assignee can hand it off to someone else.
Can I attach files or links to a task?
A reopened task keeps its full submission history. The reviewer’s reason for reopening it stays on record alongside every resubmission, so nothing gets lost.
Do I need to install anything?
Yes, drag and drop files directly, or paste a link to something like a Drive folder or Figma file when creating or updating a task.
What are task types used for?
Task type is set when a task is created and helps categorize the kind of work involved, alongside priority and due dates.
Time & Reports
Is my time tracked automatically?
Yes, elapsed time, pauses, and resumes are logged per task automatically, without starting or stopping a separate timer.
What kind of reports can I export?
Self reports covering your own task status breakdown and priority distribution, exportable in one click.
Can I see my team's performance, not just my own?
Yes, team leads can pull team member reports in addition to their own self-report.
