Information We Collect
To provide and improve One, we collect the following categories of information:
Account information
When you create a One account, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.
Payment and billing information
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is made via local bank transfer. We collect the billing details needed to issue an invoice and confirm payment, such as your name, billing address, and transaction reference. One does not collect or store your card or bank account credentials; that information stays with your bank.
Usage and analytics data
We automatically collect information about how you use One, including pages visited, features used, session duration, device type, browser, and IP address. This helps us understand what’s working and fix what isn’t.
Content you upload
Files, documents, and other content you upload to One are stored so the product can perform its core function. This content belongs to you; we access it only to provide the service, troubleshoot issues you report, or as required by law.
We Use It
We use the information above to:
- Create and maintain your account, and authenticate you when you log in
- Process payments and send billing notifications
- Operate, maintain, and improve One’s features and performance
- Respond to support requests and communicate important service updates
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models or sell it to advertisers.
Sharing & Third Parties
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of One, our users, or the public. If One is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Cookies & Tracking
One uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the product is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect how One works.
Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls limiting who can view your data internally, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute protection, but we treat security as a first-class responsibility, not an afterthought.
Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data and uploaded content within 60 days, except where we’re required to retain it for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing
