Requesting or Completing a User’s Deletion Deleting a user is permanent it removes their account and their files entirely. Managers can only flag an account for deletion; only an Admin can actually carry it out. Requesting Deletion (Manager) Managers can't permanently delete an account themselves; instead, they can flag one for deletion, which notifies Admins to review and act on it. To request deletion: Open the member's profile. Click Request Deletion. Confirm Admins are notified that this account has been flagged for deletion.   Permanently Deleting... Resigning a Team Member (with Impact Preview) Resigning someone is an Admin/Manager action, not something a person does to their own account it's how you formally offboard a team member while cleanly handing off their unfinished work. Previewing the impact first shows exactly what will be affected. Previewing Resignation Impact To preview the impact: Open the member's profile.
