Managing Project Access Credentials

Some projects need shared access details, on hand logins for a client’s hosting account, API keys, or similar, and PMS gives you a dedicated place to store these against the project instead of scattering them across chat and email.

To manage credentials:

1. Open the project.
2. Go to the Credentials (or Access) tab.
3. Click Add Credential.
4. Enter a label (e.g., “Client hosting login”), along with the relevant details.
5. Save the credential is now stored against this project

Good to know:

• Access to this tab is typically more restricted than general project access; check with your admin about who can view stored credentials.
• Treat this as sensitive information: only store what’s necessary, and remove credentials once they’re no longer relevant to the project.
