Understanding the Draft Center

Drafts are a general save-as-you-go system not just for Knowledge Base articles, but for tasks and other content too, letting you save incomplete work and finish it later.

Key things to know:

• A draft holds in-progress data for a specific module (e.g., a task or a Knowledge Base article) before it becomes a real record.
• Drafts auto-save periodically while you work, so you don’t lose progress.
• Old, unfinished drafts are periodically cleaned up automatically.
