How to Change Your Password

If you’re already logged in and just want to update your password (different from the Forgot Password flow, which is for when you’re locked out), here’s how.

To change your password:

1. Go to your account or profile settings.
2. Click Change Password.
3. Enter your current password.
4. Enter a new password. It needs at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and one of these special characters: @ $ ! % * ? & #
5. Confirm the new password.
6. Save.

Good to know:

• Your new password must be different from your current one, or the save will be rejected.
• This signs you out of every other active session on your account, but keeps you logged in here.
• You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s done.
• If you’re setting a password for the first time after logging in with a temporary one, that’s a separate one-time step and won’t ask for an old password.
