Understanding Event Visibility

Like projects, events have a visibility level controlling who can see them.

Visibility levels:

• Private: Only the organizer and invited participants.
• Organization: Visible to everyone in your organization.
• Project-linked: Visible to everyone with access to the linked project.

Good to know:

• A company-wide announcement is the typical case for organization-level visibility.
