Exporting the Audit Log to Excel

For record-keeping or compliance reviews, the audit log can be exported as an Excel file the only Excel export in PMS; everything else exports as PDF.

To export:

  1. Go to Audit Logs.
  2. Apply any filters you want reflected in the export.
  3. Click Export.
  4. Download the generated .xlsx file.

Good to know:

  • Only Admins and Managers can export.
  • The export respects your active filters it isn’t always a full dump of every log entry.
