Replying to Platform Support (Admin Chat)

Admin Chat is a direct line between your organization and Techxaro’s platform team, kept completely separate from your regular team Chat. These conversations are started by Techxaro’s team, not by your organization; you’re replying rather than opening a new one.

To reply in Admin Chat:

1. Go to Admin Chat from the main menu; it’s separate from your regular Chat.
2. Select the conversation from the sidebar list.
3. Type your reply, attach a file if needed, and send.

Good to know:

• Admin Chat conversations are started by Techxaro’s platform team; there’s no button to start a new one yourself.
• It’s a fully separate area from your regular team Chat, so teammate conversations and platform conversations never mix.
• You can attach a file to any reply, and an unread indicator lets you know when the platform team has responded.
