Downloading a Shared File from Chat Files shared in a conversation can be downloaded directly from the message thread. To download a file: Open the conversation. Find the message with the attached file. Click the file to download it. How to Send a Message Once a conversation exists, replying is straightforward. To send a message: Open the conversation from your Chat list. Type your message. Optionally attach a file. Save Good to know: Other participants are notified automatically of new messages How to Start a Conversation Chat lets you message teammates directly, optionally tied to a specific project, task, or deliverable for context. To start a conversation: Go to Chat and click New Conversation. Select participants (everyone who should be part of this conversation). Optionally link it to a project, task, or deliverable (keeps the conversation anchored to that context) and give it a subject. Type your first message and send. Good to know: Guests can only start conversations tied to their own projects.
