Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using One, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you’re using One on behalf of a company or team, you’re confirming you have the authority to accept these terms for that organization. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
The Service
One is a project management platform that helps teams organize projects, assign tasks, collaborate, and track progress from a single workspace. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time to improve the product; we’ll try to give reasonable notice before any change that materially affects how you use it.
Accounts & Eligibility
To use One, you need to create an account with an accurate name, email address, and password. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use One. Accounts created on behalf of a company must be authorized by that company.
Billing & Payment
Paid plans are billed via local bank transfer. Your subscription begins once payment is confirmed, and continues for the billing period you selected until you cancel. We collect the billing details needed to issue an invoice and confirm payment, such as your name, billing address, and transaction reference; we do not collect or store your bank account credentials.
If a payment isn’t received or confirmed, we may suspend or limit access to your account until the balance is settled. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.
Your Content
Any files, documents, projects, or other content you upload to One remains yours. We don’t claim ownership over it. By uploading content, you give us a limited license to store, process, and display it back to you and your team, solely to operate the service. We don’t use your content to train AI models or sell it to advertisers.
You’re responsible for making sure you have the right to upload whatever content you put into One, and that it doesn’t violate anyone else’s rights.
Acceptable Use
When using One, you agree not to:
- Use the service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that aren’t yours
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, its infrastructure, or other users
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the platform without our permission
- Upload content that infringes on others’ intellectual property or privacy rights
We reserve the right to investigate and take action, including suspending accounts, if these terms are violated.
Suspension & Termination
You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose a security risk, or have unresolved billing issues. Where reasonable, we’ll try to notify you before taking that step. Upon termination, your access ends, and your data will be handled according to the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
One is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable and secure, but we don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every specific purpose. To the extent permitted by law, One and TechXaro aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as One evolves. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you by email or through a notice in the product before the changes take effect. The “Effective date” at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
