Using the “My Tasks” and “Self Tasks” Views

Reordering Your Task List
You can drag tasks into whatever order works for you, rather than sticking with whatever order they were created or sorted in. To reorder tasks: Go to your task list. Saving Custom Task Views
If you regularly filter your task list the same way, you can save that combination as a named view instead of rebuilding it every time. To save a view: Apply the filters you want (assignee, project, status, priority, etc.). Choose Save View. Give it a name. Optionally set it as your default view, so it loads automatically next time.
