Organization Reports

Exporting a Team Report Like project reports, team-level reports can be exported as a PDF for sharing outside PMS. To export: Open the relevant report. Click Export. Save the downloaded PDF. Good to know: This is a PDF snapshot at the time of export, same as project report exports. Viewing Team Member Performance Reports This report breaks down completed work by individual, useful for check-ins or workload reviews. To view performance reports: Go to Reports and select User Performance. Pick a member (or view your team if you're a Team Lead). Review completed tasks, on-time rate, and current workload.   Viewing the Reports Dashboard Beyond individual project reports, PMS has an organization-wide Reports area summarizing performance across everything. To view reports: Go to Reports from the sidebar. Review summaries across projects, tasks, and team performance. Use filters to narrow by project, team, or date range.   Good to know: What you see here depends on your role. Team Leads get a team-scoped view; Admins/Managers see the full organization.
